International business at GARDENIA 2026 – foreign buyers will gather in Poznań
GARDENIA 2026 is fast approaching, and with it, representatives of the horticultural sector from many countries across Europe and the world will be coming to Poznań. As part of the Hosted Buyers Programme, this year’s edition of the trade fair will be attended by professional buyers from Portugal, Slovakia, Serbia, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania, Moldova, Tunisia, Ukraine and Latvia.
Meetings that lead to collaboration
The Foreign Buyers’ Programme is a special initiative aimed at professionals interested in exhibitors’ offerings. A key element of the programme is face-to-face B2B business meetings and one-to-one discussions with selected companies, enabling participants to discover new suppliers, products and solutions available on the market.
The programme has been designed to make the most of the time spent at the trade fair. The pre-arranged meeting system allows business discussions to be planned in advance, whilst the organisation of the international buyers’ stay enables them to focus on the most important objective – establishing business contacts and developing cooperation.
Business owners, senior management and procurement specialists
Participants in this year’s programme will include representatives from various levels of management, as well as those responsible for procurement and business development. The positions represented include, amongst others, managing partner, chairman of the board, chief executive, director, department manager, business owner, and project sales and procurement specialist.
Such a diverse group of international guests offers exhibitors the opportunity to engage directly with decision-makers, business owners and procurement specialists. This is a chance to showcase their offerings, establish new commercial relationships and seek out business partners in international markets.
10 markets, new opportunities
In 2026, GARDENIA will be a meeting place not only for Polish industry representatives. Buyers will be coming to Poznań from:
- Portugal
- Slovakia
- Serbia
- Lithuania
- Estonia
- Romania
- Moldova
- Tunisia
- Ukraine
- Latvia
Such a diverse range of participants offers the opportunity to establish contacts with representatives from various markets and gain an understanding of their purchasing needs. For GARDENIA exhibitors, this is a space to showcase their range, discuss collaboration and build relationships that may extend beyond the three days of the fair.
GARDENIA – the industry’s meeting place
The international presence of foreign buyers fits perfectly with the character of this anniversary edition of GARDENIA. The 20th GARDENIA International Horticulture and Landscape Architecture Fair will take place on 6–8 October 2026 at the Poznań International Fair grounds.
This year’s edition is not just about showcasing products and new releases. Above all, it is a place for business discussions, exchanging experiences, seeking new partners and building relationships for the coming seasons.
The presence of international buyers is further proof that GARDENIA is opening up the Polish horticultural sector to international business.
See you in Poznań!
